Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

This page explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, hardware returns, and exchanges are handled for purchases made directly through Ocuviz and Skubot LLC.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase through this website, you agree to the terms described here, together with our Terms & Conditions and any applicable end user license agreement or hardware purchase agreement.

Important summary

Here are the key terms most customers look for first.

  • Initial annual license purchases made directly through our website may be canceled within 21 days of purchase for a full refund of the license fee actually paid.
  • After the applicable initial 21-day period, fees are otherwise non-cancelable and nonrefundable except as required by law or expressly agreed by Skubot LLC in writing.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless canceled at least 21 days before renewal.
  • Hardware returns and exchanges require prior authorization and remain subject to this policy and any applicable end user license agreement or hardware purchase agreement.

For subscriptions purchased between March 31, 2026 and April 30, 2026, the initial term includes an additional 45 days at no extra charge.

Business purchases only

Ocuviz products and services are intended for business use. By purchasing through this website, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business or other commercial entity.

Subscription cancellations and refunds

Our subscription products are billed annually unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Initial cancellation period

For direct purchases made through our website, the initial annual license purchase may be canceled within twenty-one (21) days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the license fee actually paid.

No refunds after the initial cancellation period

After the applicable 21-day cancellation period has expired, all fees are non-cancelable and nonrefundable, including for any unused portion of the subscription term, except as otherwise expressly required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Skubot LLC in writing.

Renewal cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive annual terms unless canceled at least twenty-one (21) days before the renewal date.

How to cancel

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through Skubot LLC’s designated support channels. A cancellation request is not effective until received and confirmed by us.

Launch period extension

For subscriptions purchased between March 31, 2026 and April 30, 2026, Skubot LLC may provide an additional forty-five (45) days added to the initial subscription term at no additional charge.

  • Applies only to the initial subscription term
  • Has no cash value
  • Is non-transferable
  • Is not separately refundable

Hardware returns

Hardware purchased directly from us may be eligible for return only in limited circumstances and only in accordance with this policy and any applicable end user license agreement or hardware purchase agreement.

Return eligibility

Hardware may be eligible for return only if:

  • it was purchased directly from us
  • a return request is submitted within 21 days of delivery
  • the hardware is returned in its original condition, with all included components, packaging, and accessories

Non-returnable hardware

Hardware is not eligible for return if it:

  • has been damaged by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
  • is missing components or accessories
  • is returned materially altered or not in resalable condition, except in verified defective cases

Return authorization required

Do not ship hardware back without prior authorization. To return hardware, you must first contact us and obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Damaged in transit or incorrect shipment

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within five (5) business days of delivery.

Defective hardware

If hardware is defective on arrival or fails during initial setup under normal use, contact us promptly. We may troubleshoot first and, if appropriate, authorize a replacement, exchange, or other remedy.

Inspection

Returned items may be inspected before a refund, replacement, or exchange is approved.

Exchanges and return shipping

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If an exchange is approved, the returned item must be received and inspected before replacement hardware is shipped, unless we explicitly approve another arrangement.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective item:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

If the return results from our shipment error or a verified defective item, we may provide replacement shipping or return shipping instructions at our discretion.

Distributor purchases

If you purchased through an authorized distributor, reseller, or partner, your return, refund, or exchange request may need to be handled through that seller rather than directly through us.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Relationship to other agreements

This policy works together with Skubot LLC’s Terms & Conditions and any applicable end user license agreement, hardware purchase agreement, order summary, or schedule. If there is any conflict between this policy and an applicable end user license agreement or hardware purchase agreement, that agreement controls with respect to the Technology, Hardware, license rights, fees, and permitted use.
